Inactivity state configuration has 2 purposes: 1)to set a reminder for yourself to login into your account to update your financial details and 2)in case anything happens to you unexpectedly, after a period of inactivity and non-response, your deputy will be notified.


To set your inactive configuration, click the Settings cog on the left of the screen, then scroll down to Inactivity State Configuration.



Click the Configure button on the right:


The following page would load:   



You can set an inactive duration for a reminder to login to your account to be sent to you. Secondly, you can give yourself a time limit to respond to the reminder and click Save.


If no response is received, vaultbox will inform your deputies that you have been inactive.
