| Deputy | Deputies can help to unlock your vaultbox in case of an emergency or after you pass away. They can also give approval for important requests from you, such as unlocking secret file or resetting password. |
| Professional Deputy | Professional Deputies are authorised and trusted entities that will act as your deputy. If requested to unlock your vaultbox, they will do all the necessary due diligence to ensure that this is a valid request. |
| Registry | An Asset & Liability register where you can record your holdings and their value. |
| TOTP | Time-based One Time Password - a way of generating a one-time password on your mobile phone using an Authenticator app such as Google Authenticator to protect your account. |
| Base Currency | Your reporting currency. When you have assets or liabilities in other currencies, an FX rate will be applied to report back into your base currency. |
